I didn't leave it too long on the fence but I did leave it a while I the pergola and expect some issues there too.

Mix was 4 gal 12% 1 gal water and 12 oz F-18 DS.

It's coming clean but rinsing is a lot slower than expected.

Rsuds, what mix did you use for washing?

The more I'm thinking about it, the more I don't think the insulation would survive a cleaning. Maybe you could lightly spray a cleaner, but not sure how...

This is a flange manufacturing plant -- essentially a big machine shop that is 40-50 years old. They want to wash the interior walls, metal framing, and ceiling.

Chance of rain this weekend but we haven't rinsed it yet. I'm nervous about leaving it on. Should I rinse some? Maybe light rinse to guard against plant issues? It does have gutters which helps.
