You can also use the notice as a way to remind tenants of other services. Just be careful how you word it. I almost put out a notice that offered to clean their "private areas" for an additional...
  2. Re: Pre-wet or not pre-wet Driveways/walkways - let the debate begin

I think its best to apply chems after surface cleaning, no chems down the drain that way. Just light misting diluted sh where needed. I usually rinse lightly but if I don't the customer is aware.

    Re: Composite deck/dock cleaning ?

I'm still kind of new but I've done some decks. I scrubbed this composite decking with weak house wash mix. This was close to a pond not over one, plus the boards were very close together so runoff...

    Anyone Here "Vape"?

I love my vaporizer. I've slowly whittled away at the milligrams. I hope to be completely nicotine free ASAP but for now the vaporizer will do.

Thanks, back to the ol' drawing board.
Oh, and I don't want to direct people to my website as it is also a work in progress (just a slideshow for now). When I tried to filezilla my pages from...

May be I'll use a b&a of a roof I cleaned from that particular community, with their location; then a more generic one for general distribution.

    Re: post cards

Thanks Pete there is nothing mean about your answer. In fact I considered putting most of the text on the back. BUT, I'm realizing that many people with dirty roofs already have strong opinions about...

    Re: post cards

Happy holidays and thanks for all the great advice. Thought I'd share the newest version of my postcards. I think that I've addressed the key issues, except may be "the clutter factor". The problem...

    Been Thinking

Nice find a guy, if weight is an issue you may want to look into the reinforcement struts that connect to the frame I had them on a 1500 and it would haul firewood like nobody's business.

    Re: New Estimate Proposal

Thanks for sharing Jon, I didn't know about the 3 day right of rescission. I'm working on an all in one quote/contract/flier. Not sure it will help you but I got a lot of the ideas from others...

    Re: your best tip

John, I have tried this. Correction, I've made this mistake. 2.5gpm is obviously moving more slowly through the hose than 5.5GM and the pressure backs up on one machine and unloads the difference, if...

The sunflower is beautifully and healthy, just like the homes I service. Most importantly it is not a drop of water...

    Thanks Michael
I made some corrections and couldn't help but change it up some. I think the second version is better because it may educate the customer. A home owner or PM would probably be more...

    Re: post cards

Here is something I came up with but haven't used it yet, I would sure appreciate any advise I can get. I wasn't planning a postcard when I started but I think it could work as one.
  20. Re: Rust Stains on Driveways.....Included or Not Included

Adam, I'll Definitely consider yours and Jim's advise if I get a call to remove a specific stain.
Quite honesty it would be pretty difficult to pass up the chance to get in front of a local resident...
  21. Re: Rust Stains on Driveways.....Included or Not Included

Perhaps, if that was the main purpose for my visit it would have been a loss. I did a test spot with ox, when that didn't work so I removed the extra charge, explained this to the customer, and...
  22. Re: Rust Stains on Driveways.....Included or Not Included

Did a search and found "Iron Out" it'll save the day if it works. I wonder if they will stay gone?
Not Included, I removed the charge for the original estimate. I will only charge if I can remove...

    Re: _______= Profitability

    Salesmanship = Profitability.
You could be cleaning very efficiently for the wrong price and be going broke while doing a great job.
