    Sunscreen

Washing houses all day really exposes you to large doses of sun. I can't believe how tan I am at this early stage of the season. It's so important to protect your skin when you're out there. I hope everyone is wearing strong SPF protection. I'm rocking SPF 50 ultra sweat proof. It's especially important for your face, neck, and arms. Talk about a farmers tan....

    Re: Sunscreen

Back when I built houses there was a guy on the crew that was super concerned about that. He never wore sun screen though. Long pants, long shirts, hat and and bandanna around his neck, doesnt matter how hot. His farmers tan started at his wrist

    Re: Sunscreen

Im not burnt but extemely red after these last two weeks. I realized after the first week that I was forgetting something...Sunscreen! It's a must. Go get ya some if you don't already! I have some at home and also in the truck in case I forget to put it on at home. The smell of sunsceen reminds me of the beach . It always motivates me to bust my butt so I can get back to the beach asap!
