    Who washes the most houses

I would like to know who washes the most houses in a year and since they have been in business. Just house washing. Want to talk and learn from guys who do more.
Trying to do some new marketing and wanted to know how we stand.
Who washes more than 1,000 a year?
    Just house washing.

Is your marketing specific to house washing Brian? We only do around 200 residentials a year but it's usually an add on to the marketing.

We peaked at about 1500 two years ago. Last year we did about 800. Was more that could have been done be gave away a few hundred and just told a lot of people no. I don't really believe in advertising. Most are just repeats and referrals from current customers. Trying to concentrate on apartments and condos more and more. Call me tomorrow if you like. To much snow and ice on the roofs to clean gutters so I am just going to tinker at the shop.

to me they seem to be directly related, first experiment on how high you can price jobs, then get more work, always test the waters on how high you can price.

To me that doesn't make any sense only because we have a lot of room to wash more, but we want to be as profitable as possible. I guess if your maxed out on your work load it would make sense but for me we are not full time so I want to wash more get to full time status being as profitable as possible. So as I said they go togeather
