1500 homes in a year is a good chunk. Hopefully your able to bank a $350-450 average on them. It's amazing how many guys get $200 and under for a house wash.

Brian, the same goes for you and your original question. If you raise your prices you will loss some customers and need to let go of a crew or two but you will be grossing the same or more per year and netting more because you will not be paying the crews you let go or going back to fix their mistakes or keeping up on the maintenance of their vehicles and equipment.[/QUOTE]

I do not get it. I already know about raising prices or not and making the most profit. I know how to make money.
My question was who washes a lot of houses. How many. We're does rolling suds rank in volume. I know that there are probably guys that do more and I want to know who and how much volume.

Agreed........ Sound business plans and fiscal responsibility are 100% necessary to success. Credit is good and necessary, yet utilization to stop a business from bleeding is toxic.

There will always be the lowballer on the edge of folding due to being cash poor and the high volume guy on the edge of folding that generates profit and is cash poor.

Develop a sound business model.(with good attainable goals )...adjust as necessary.... and grow ( if you want to grow )

Guy I had foot problems last year and only golfed about 35 times. It was a bad year for golf and it helped the business.
