    What is your Vision

What is your Vision for your company?
    Not goals but vision.
Where do you vision your company to be next year or in 5 years. Do you want to grow, get into other parts of cleaning. Buy another business. How large can you get.

Downsize to just me or maybe one other guy. Sell everything but one truck and may do a few residential jobs a week. After that, call it quits and close up shop.

Now that's a great question to think about Brian. I'm sure each answer will be different than the other. Here's my take on it.

My vision is as it has always been....To offer a Professional Service to our customers while maintaining higher profit margins than others. We only focus on one thing...Exterior cleaning whether Residential or Commercial. I like the formula I've used for the last 2 years.....Less Is More.

You can only grow as large as your market will allow. We run 2 trucks but I have another for back up or just in case we have a large project that demands it. If we could wash year round and in the right market we might be larger than we are now, but I really like the small efficient higher margin program we have now, not that I wouldn't reevaluate that if I saw it would benefit the Company or bottom line.

I like a low to no stress operation while maintaining a comfortable lifestyle........works so far......Just Saying.
