My hat's off to you Al!!! At 68 working in 112 heat index, There's no excuse for our young ones today....

We've been having some rather nasty heat as well and I've been drinking water like there's no tomorrow. Get home and everything I'm wearing is absolutely soaked!

Yesterday(Monday) we hit 100 not including the index. For Maryland, That's dang hot...

For all of us who have no choice but to work in the extreme heat, Stay hydrated and take things a little easy....
