Training Program for new hires

Does anybody have a specific training plan that they use when starting new employees? I have started writing notes down and working on a training schedule, just figured I would see if anyone has any pointers on training new guys.

We have a two week training program for new hire's. I couldn't possibly type it all down. you have to train as to your experience.

Do you run 1 man wash crews or does even your house wash guys run in pairs? Wondering how quickly you turn a single guy loose to wash houses.
