    WTH are these spots??

    Been seeing this on sidewalks in South Texas, black spots looks like splattered paint, but it isn't. Tried a house wash mix & it didn't touch it. Cleaned w/ surface cleaner & this is the aftermath.

    Still don't see any spots. Have you tried a spot with straight SH? If so, did it do anything? If not, it's most likely not organic. Is it possibly tar???

    Did you try straight SH on the stain or are you asking if straight would do anything?

    straight sh will take that right off. He didn't answer your question. Degreaser isn't the right chem for that.

    SH in a pump up did it. I DS a degreaser prior to surface cleaning, my usual premix treatment. Thanks guys!
