Just use cold water. I would not try using hot on a roof like that. As far as price, thats gonna be your call. Prices are lower down here. 12k is a big area to cover. I thought this may be a house. Same procedure though. But it brings up the question. Is this on a commercial bldg? Where is the waste water going to drain?

this is an office building. there are drains on top and i believe they are called storm drains. what can i legally put down these drains? i feel like you know some of the restrictions and can tell me what to expect. thanks for all your input.

Rando, you MIGHT get hold of Jon Chapman of Chapman Property Services here in Florida, Largo I think ?
Jon posted beautiful pics of a HUGE rubber type membrane roof he did last year ?
He might have some additional insight for you ?
