are you using hot water larry or is cold doing the job? i'm trusting you on this one since i know you have done them before. i'm just a little nervous about that much pressure. how much did you charge per sq ft? this job is going to be around 12,000 sq ft.

Just use cold water. I would not try using hot on a roof like that. As far as price, thats gonna be your call. Prices are lower down here. 12k is a big area to cover. I thought this may be a house. Same procedure though. But it brings up the question. Is this on a commercial bldg? Where is the waste water going to drain?

LOL Then it melts and you step in it. Once it cools your feet end up stuck in the roof until someone puts out a missing persons report on you and they find you 3 days later.

What about the White roofs that I'm starting to see here. They are Blinding white when new. I have cleaned one but was told to just us a mild detergent. Well that cleaned like crap so i just went over it with a floor cleaner and it did well but, I was itching to use a mix with some love but didn't want to damage anything.
I noticed that spots where the water sat for any length of time was Black with growth BUT it had pitted the white roof covering also but only where water was stagnant.

It was about 40,000 sq ft.
