Celeste this is an example I did for another guy over on TGS as a suggestion for a card. You could do similar with pics of your work/overlays and use the back side to offer specials and details.

BTW overnightprints.com is great quality and very fast to deliver. If you use them, here is a discount code..... "postcardsale"

Other than that.......very cool postcard.  Fireworks to start off?  Isn't overnightprints the place that you can upload to?  It's been a while since I checked this type of thing out :)  Do they have the actual size etc... of what your uploads need to be?

Overnight print has copies of the templates you need for whatever program you are using and tells you how to upload it

As long as you make your background larger you will have good bleed on the card.  They also have the borders of where your text should be so it doesn't get cut off

Celeste,
I am very aware of the mis-spell. I didn't want someone to down load it and try to use it in print. I had just did it to show Coastal and idea to use instead of that shed picture he was using.

Yes, overnight prints is easy to use and gives you all the tech details to get a good print. I had my business cards printed by them. And all my post cards.

You're so smart :)  I would never have thought of putting a blatant misspelling on a sample to avoid a thief!

I am so glad this thread happened - we've got those two home shows coming up and I totally forgot about getting these ready.  I remember Nicole had a good response using them last year at theirs :)

Celeste - My biz cards are from overnightprints, also.  Good company.  They've reprinted for me within 24hrs at no cost and no questions asked.

That $99 special color one sided sounds right for a piece I'm considering for my upcoming home show.  Something to the effect of "When you do decide to clean/restain/wash/whatever your home, we'd appreciate an opportunity to submit a proposal."  Perhaps, Timing is Everything as a header.  Thoughts / suggestions?
