A little help if you will
« on: September 09, 2009, 09:12:20 AM »
I am putting together a bid for a HOA the front is a total of i believe 250 ft long and the back is 100 ft the height is mostly 4 ft. We will be cleaning it and sealing it. So my questions are

1. What should i clean it with?
2. What should I seal it with?
3. How in the heck do you price something like this?

I have washed brick houses and on those i got by with a strong house wash mix but this is a little different as it sounds to me like i am refinishing the brick.

Sorry about the link but i have a mac and don't know how to resize.
Feel free to pm me if you like

Thanks,
Jason

You can seal the brick with a silane/siloxane type sealer which will not alter the appearance at all.

We don't seal them but we clean 40 or so each year. We usually don't charge if we do 10 or more houses in the neighborhood. Your size looks like about $75 to clean.
