This is my first post. I'm a noob so be gentle. I've been reading here for awile now but just need to ask this question.
I am doing a bid for a 2000' linear foot, 3 rail painted fence with a top rail. The fence is on the road frontage so I will need to take my own water. HO wants the loose paint knocked off and not stripped. Fence is made of 1x6's. Fence will be repainted by someone else.
Q1. 1$ per foot seem ok?
Q2. Use only cold water no chems? I'm not stripping just getting ready for paint
