Anyone else getting alot of calls allready from PM,s looking to get pricing on multi unit dwellings?Our office has seen a huge increase in calls in the last two weeks from all over NJ. We landed two large ones allready and they keep on comming. Hope this is a good sign for the year and its way early!! Whoohoo!

We've gotten a butt load of snow this year, and I'm sure some budgets are going to be thin. I've got 1 apartment complex for sure from the same company I did work for last year. They were so impressed with my work, and the fact I was there when I said I would be and stayed on schedule that when I finished they asked If I could handle 3-4 of them a year. I haven't started getting many residential calls yet, but I think the 18"+ of snow on the ground is holding things up. Several weeks ago we had a few days of 50 degree weather, and the phone started ringing then. I got what I could, when I could, but the snow fell again. Oh well! I believe 2010 going to a lot better than 2009!

Im down here in VA, my family and I, for vacation. Massenuttan ski resort. One of the managers saw my jacket and asked if we do work in this area. They would be interested in talking to someone who does cleaning in the Massanuttan area. Could be a good contract. Maybe you should approach the ski area facilities manager. Go for it!

If you are coming from Christiansburg to Massanutin I hope you get a lot of money that is like2.5 to 3hrs if I remember correctly. I am in tidewater but I used to drive a truck in hrsnbrg for BEAM BRO trucking.

I dont remember his name. Just go in and ask for the facilities manager im sure they would help. They wanted to keep all the concrete clean inside the water park and outside entrace areas.
