Well, Spring is here. I finished home building for the winter and started selling today.

Nothing real big and no long contracts But I did sell 3 large housewashes and the clock tower on our county courthouse. I also faxed in a bid on building wash, gutter cleaning, and roofs for a small apt. complex here in town. Tommorrow Ill submit 4 more that I figured today tommorrow. Ran out of daylight!

In the morning its print and mail another round of PM letters then its off to the big city to sell to anyone who will listen.

On the Church steeples and courthouse I added in cost for a lift. It would be sweet to line them all up for the same day and put that money to better use. :D

Sold the first church and the courthouse. The second church hasnt been as cooperative. I want to get some thoughts on this. The only person ive talked to is the secretary at the front desk. No call or response from anyone else even to go over the estimate. I didnt put a experation date on the estimate. I figured on talking to them about that in person. I was hoping to do this one at the same time as the others to save on lift cost.

Heres where I need opinions. WHEN they call in say 2 months. Does anyone see anything wrong with me telling them add 300 to that estimate? I can make money at the price I bid. I guess it just rubs me a little with the lack of...... acknoledment?

I dont know. What ye say?
