Does anyone have any pictures of truck bed skids that they have built in the past? I would like to a couple more designs. I am going to have to chop the frame that my washer and burner sit on cause it sits way too high to put it in the bed like it is. And I am thinking of building some kind of bracket to hold my surface cleaner underneath my receiver hitch cause my sc doesnt fold up real nice and neat. What do you guys think of this idea? I dont know if its good cause it might get too much road film on it. Just trying to come up with different ideas all the way around. Thanks for the help!

Brandon,
Here’s another idea..
Just because your heater was originally laying down, doesn’t mean it has to for the future..
If you stand it up, the exhaust will be coming out horizontally, which is better for parking garages,
and will keep rain out too !!
In our service dept. the other day.. we had to remove a horizontal coil for re-insulation,
and found the coil was badly deteriorated where it had sat in rain-soaked insulation.
The question of which lasts longer between horizontal and vertical coils,
Is answered…
Almost 30% of the wall-thickness was gone from the outside of the pipe !
Nuf said.
Anyway, have fun setting it up !
Just make sure ALL is serviceable.
